BISX Lists 2 Sub-Funds

BISX LISTS 2 Sub-funds of the Estrategic Allocation Investment Fund SAC

FOR IMMEDIATE PUBLICATION – Tuesday 19 August 2025

The Bahamas International Securities Exchange (BISX) is pleased to announce that the Estrategic Allocation Investment Fund SAC has successfully completed the BISX Mutual Fund Listing Process  for 2 of its sub-funds.  These Sub-funds have been listed on the Exchange.  The 2 Sub-funds are:

  • Estrategic Allocation Investment Class B
  • Estrategic Allocation Investment Class C

As a result, all 2 sub-funds’ securities have now been added to the roster of funds listed on the Exchange. The Funds are open-ended mutual funds.  The Estrategic Allocation Investment Fund SAC is incorporated as an International Business Company under the laws of the Commonwealth of The Bahamas and registered as a Segregated Accounts Company under the provisions of the Segregated Accounts Companies Act, 2004.  This Fund is also licensed as a Smart Fund SFM007 under the SMART Funds Rules pursuant to the Investment Funds Act, 2019.

The Winterbotham Trust Company Limited served as the BISX Sponsor Member that brought the Funds to the Exchange. Exmer Partners Limited is the Investment Manager and The Winterbotham Trust Company Limited has been appointed to serve as the Administrator of the Fund.
